1. All participants accept that these terms and conditions come into effect from the date and time at which they purchased their workshop ticket. We reserve the right to update and revise these terms at any time; any such changes will take effect when published on the website.
2. By purchasing a Lunar & Wild Coven workshop ticket, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. The information, products or services shared by and within The Lunar & Wild Coven do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or opinion, and must not be used as a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, substance misuse treatment, physical healthcare or mental healthcare. Participants must seek the appropriate advice or care from a professional healthcare provider when making any change to their diet, lifestyle, medication or nutritional supplementation. 
4. Administrators of The Lunar & Wild Coven and workshop hosts are not qualified to provide advice or assistance where matters of mental health or wellbeing are concerned. If you require support, please reach out to a qualified professional, or contact The Samaritans.
5. Participants understand that any information they share within The Lunar & Wild Coven will be held as confidential, unless that member provides written consent for their information to be shared.
6. Administrators of The Lunar & Wild Coven and workshop hosts make no claims to cure, improve or resolve any problem, medical or otherwise, and guarantee no specific outcome to any of the guidance given. The information shared is for entertainment purposes only and does not replace the guidance of professional practitioners. 
7. Participants agree that all information - recipes, spells, rituals or otherwise - provided and discussed by and within The Lunar & Wild Coven workshops is utilised at the participant’s own risk. The Lunar & Wild Coven assumes no responsibility for the decisions or activities (examples of which include, but are not limited to: the misidentification or misuse of foraged botanicals) undertaken by its participants, and accepts no liability for any damage, loss, illness, injury or death to persons or properties as a result of such activities.
8. Participants acknowledge that any information shared within The Lunar & Wild Coven Workshops, whether delivered verbally, visually, in writing or otherwise, shall be treated as confidential by all Coven members and workshop participants. No media distributed within The Lunar & Wild Coven - either by Coven administrators or other Coven members/workshop participants - is permitted to be stored, copied or shared without acquiring prior written permission to do so.
9. Your workshop confirmation will be sent on purchase of your ticket and your private ticket link will be sent 24 hours before the event. Due to the nature of the workshops being delivered online, please bear in mind that all tickets are non-refundable.

All workshops are held via zoom - your zoom link will be sent to you via email 24 hours before the event starts. Please check your junk email before contacting Lunar & Wild.

For Digital Products:

All digital downloadable products are non-refundable, so please consider this before making your purchase. Once you have made your purchase your digital products will be delivered via email and a link will also be presented at the end of your transaction.

For The Coven Membership:

Once you have purchased the coven membership monthly subscription you will receive instructions to join the Private Facebook group. You may cancel your coven membership at any point but please note that any payments that have been made are non-refundable so please cancel as soon as possible before your next payment is taken.

For Physical Products:

Your order is being shipped from Surrey, UK. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or postage strikes. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

Royal Mail 2nd Class (48hrs) and 1st Class (next working day) shipping available - Please note although Royal Mail aims to deliver within these time frames, they make no guarantees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently not shipping internationally.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If an item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a 5% refund of item cost. Please email a photo of the damage to the item and the packaging and your order number to hello@lunarandwild.com

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you’ve changed your mind and you’d like a refund, you have 28 days to return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved then your refund will be processed to the card that you initially paid with.
