- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

- Close your eyes and take a few deep, cleansing breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill with air, and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension.

- Hold a Black Tourmaline Smoothstone in your hand, feeling its cool and protective energy. Allow yourself to become fully present in the moment.

- Envision yourself standing at the edge of a serene forest. Imagine the tall, ancient trees surrounding you, their branches forming a protective canopy overhead.

- As you hold the Black Tourmaline, visualise its deep, black energy forming a shield around your aura. Imagine this shield extending from the ground beneath you to above your head, creating a protective bubble.

- With each inhale, imagine you're drawing in the grounding energy of the Black Tourmaline, and with each exhale, feel any negativity or stress being absorbed by the shield and dissipating harmlessly.

- As you breathe, silently repeat the affirmation: "I am shielded and grounded. I am safe and protected from all negativity."

- Visualise a powerful, opaque black light emanating from the Black Tourmaline, encasing you in a cocoon of protective energy.

- Spend a few moments in this shielded state, feeling the strong and grounding energy of the Black Tourmaline enveloping you.

- When you're ready to conclude the meditation, gently open your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the shield of protection you've created.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If an item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a 5% refund of item cost. Please email a photo of the damage to the item and the packaging and your order number to hello@lunarandwild.com

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you’ve changed your mind and you’d like a refund, you have 28 days to return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved then your refund will be processed to the card that you initially paid with.
