Jasmine

Once you have purchased the coven membership monthly subscription you will receive instructions to join the Private Facebook group. You may cancel your coven membership at any point but please note that any payments that have been made are non-refundable so please cancel as soon as possible before your next payment is taken.

For Physical Products:

Your order is being shipped from Surrey, UK. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or postage strikes. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

Please Note: Customs charges (import duties/taxes/clearance fees) are NOT included in your order and will be payable upon delivery by the recipient.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If an item arrived damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a 5% refund of item cost. Please email a photo of the damage to the item and the packaging and your order number to hello@lunarandwild.com

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you’ve changed your mind and you’d like a refund, you have 28 days to return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved then your refund will be processed to the card that you initially paid with.
